          State of the Nation Address(SONA): talumpati sa kalagayan ng bansa. It is annual address by the President of the Philippines, tyhe speech is delivered every fourth Monday of July. The purpose of this event is to inform the nation about its present economic political, and social condition. It is away also for our President to summarize the accomplishments and plans of his program on government.

          This July 23 our president delivered his SONA at Plenary Session Hall of the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Bataan Hills, Quezon City, Metro Manila within 50 minutes.On his SONA he  mentioned promises and plans. Some issues here in our country are also tackled. One is the main focus of this administration, war on drugs, he said he will never stop to eradicate on our country. Corruption is also mentioned. Corruption on all agencies must simplify process and curt red tape.One of the administration's initiatives to lessen or stop corruption is the passage of Ease of Doing Business Act. Duterte told the local government units to faithfully implement this law. He mentioned many plans for this country.

      

   I can say that this administration have many great plans for our country. Hopefully he can do all the things he promised.
